Welcome to Quad Cities Christian School
Thank you for considering a Christian education for your student and exploring Quad Cities Christian School. We have two campuses throughout the Quad Cities. The Elementary campus is located at MGT New Hope Church in downtown Moline, IL.
Our Jr./Sr. High School Campus is located off of John Deere Rd. Each has its own distinctive feel, but both are committed to uncompromised Christian teaching and offer a culture that welcomes and encourages each student to enjoy God’s plan for them through relationships, academics, sports and other programs.

Create an account
To begin the Online Application process, Create an Account. Upon account creation, you will receive an email containing a verification link.
Start an application
Once your email address has been verified, log in to your account and Create A New Student Application for your child.
Complete Enrollment Packet
Once accepted, the admission office will instruct you to complete the enrollment packet in FACTS.
A non-refundable fee of $95 must be submitted with each application. After submitting the application, you will be able to track your admissions status at the school by logging in to your account. In addition, you will be able to print the completed application, monitor when the school receives any applicable supplemental forms and, if necessary, reprint the forms.
Students applying must not have left their previous school under negative circumstances – either academic or behavioral. They must demonstrate by academic record the ability to fulfill the academic demands at Quad Cities Christian School Jr/Sr High campus.
